Wayne Wallgren attended the University of Oklahoma on a track scholarship and qualified for the 1980 US Olympic Trials. That competitive racing spirit was the ideal preparation for launching his own business, WorldWide Incentives (or “W2i) years later. Wayne sold W2i to GlobauxSource in 2018 and now serves as their Director of Global Development.
Wayne interviewed Grant about his business journey and how not getting a job as a dog sitter in university, opened the door to a 30+ year career, and how that led to building a company on the idea that escrow for international incentive programs, meetings, and events doesn't have to be hard when you have the right partner.
