We open a secure trust account for your meeting, conference or event on behalf of your organization.
We liaise with your registration provider to ensure that online registration payments get deposited directly to your trust account (USD or CAD currencies).
We reconcile your registration trust account on a monthly basis and you receive copies of the bank statements.
As authorized by you, we pay vendors (hotels, conference centres etc.) or transfer funds to your organization's bank account on a regular basis.
