Northstar - December 9, 2021 - "Cvent Now Trading on Nasdaq. The meetings technology powerhouse worked with Dragoneer Growth Opportunities Corp. to reenter the stock market.
Now trading on the Nasdaq market as CVT, Cvent Holding Corp. and Dragoneer Investment Group have completed a special-purpose acquisition company in order to take meetings and hospitality tech giant Cvent public. The move was approved by Dragoneer shareholders at a special meeting held on Dec. 7.
Cvent's earlier common stock ceased trading when private firm Vista Equity Partners acquired the tech company in November 2016."
